Terms of Usage
Obviously, this stuff is for you to download and use - if you want to. Having said that, I spent a long time making these graphics and I didn't make them so that people could steal them or claim credit for themselves. So, if you do want to use any of the graphics on this site please make sure that you read and follow these few simple rules:
1] If you want to use any of these graphics you must save them and upload them to your own webspace. If you direct link any of my things I will not only be severely pissed off, I will most likely also attempt to discover where you live and try to kill you.
2] Please don't edit any of my graphics - with the exception of templates - in any way. Also, don't edit any of them and then pass them off as your own. If you desperately want to make your own graphics, think up your own designs - don't steal mine, change a few pixels and say you made it yourself. For templates, you are allowed to edit them to include an image and text etc. However do not edit the actual template, only the content of it.
3]
For graphics + layouts:-
Provided you can follow #1 all I ask is that you give a link back on your site.
For example: graphics by cate or layout from pixelated etc.
For avatars/icons:-
Again (and most specifically) make sure you follow #1. If you use any of my avatars/icons on a blog/livejournal etc or any instant messenger I don't expect you to continuously tell everyone that you got the avatar from here. All I ask in this case is that you don't claim it as your own work and that you don't archive or put it on you own site unless you clearly say that you got it from here and link me.
For templates:-
If you're using a code/button/card template you have to give me a link back and credit for the template (eg. button template from pixelated). If you're using an icon/avatar template you don't have to link me unless you use the template to make icons/avatars that you put on a site, in which case please credit me for the template.
Those are my rules. If you think I seem a little obsessive about it all it's because I have had things stolen from me before. It's not nice and it seriously upsets me, especially when I've put a lot of work into it. Imagine for yourself spending an hour working on something until you're really proud of it. Now imagine finding it a couple of weeks later on someone else's site with them pretending that it's theirs. Not nice at all.
